Grand Solmar Pacific Dunes is expanding its accommodation offering with the construction of two new 5-Bedroom Villas, designed to provide greater space, privacy, and a more residential style of stay. In parallel, a new building at Grand Solmar The Residences  will introduce four penthouse-style suites, further diversifying the ways guests can experience the Pacific shoreline.

Meanwhile, at Grand Solmar Land’s End, a series of enhancements continues to support everyday comfort. Recent updates include the installation of new washers and dryers in the laundry facilities, along with sand-textured flooring in shared areas. Guests may also notice new pool towels and the ongoing replacement of mattresses in select units, contributing to a refreshed and more enjoyable stay overall.
