As our top priority has always been to provide members with exceptional service in every stage of the membership process, we are reaching out with an update to our billing and invoicing system. To improve our operations, we have made the important decision to change our servicing agency from Trinity Resort Services, LLC (Trinity) to Resortcom International, LLC (ResortCom).
As of December 30th, 2021, Solmar Hotels & Resorts, in alliance with Resortcom, will take over all Vacation Club Reservations and Pre-arrival services, and Resortcom will provide all financial services, instead of Trinity.
As a result of this transition, the assessments, and invoices for the 2022 maintenance fees have been delayed. We are working to ensure this process is handled promptly with as few disruptions as possible. The due date for the 2022 maintenance fee will be extended based on the delay and there will be no late fees for this specific payment.
Shortly, you will receive additional details, including Resortcom’s contact information and the revised due date for the 2022 maintenance fees.
Please note, the reservation process and all pre-arrival services will be handled directly by the Solmar On-Site Member Services team. Our offices will open after the New Year holiday on January 3rd, 2022.
