1. Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email displaying the information of your reservation
2. Please verify the accuracy of the information 
3. Should you find discrepancies on the information displayed on guests names, contact the Reservations Center to 1-866 978 2578 | Monday – Friday / 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST
4. In case the information is correct, please proceed to fill in the Pre-Arrival Card and email it back
5. Now you are ready for and easy-breeze check-in when you arrive at your Home Away from Home!
