Punto Limpio

Solmar Hotels & Resorts is certified in one of the most successful programs implemented by Mexican Ministry of Tourism, “Good Practices for Hygienic Quality: Punto Limpio (Clean Spot) Quality Seal”.

Punto Limpio Quality Seal program allows tourist service providers to implement strict hygiene protocols to ensure guests and members enjoy safety stays.

The hotels and restaurants that take part of Solmar Hotels & Resorts collection received this recognition in 2020 by fulfilling the exhaustive 20-hour training program undertaken by the entire workforce, and new personnel.

This certification was an initiative of Mexican Association of Hotels to ensure Los Cabos was prepared to work together in the prevention of infections, including Covid-9. This is why Cristal International Standards was invited to certify the destination’s establishments, inckuding Solmar Hotels & Resorts, to evaluate the 95 points that have to align the Protek Destination Assurance protocols, some of which we can highlight: Management commitment, brigades, risk management, cleaning programs, hand continuous sanitization, use of chemical products, among many others.
